DON’T LOOK NOW but the calendar is about to turn to October. That means holiday shopping is right around the corner. And the unofficial start of that season is Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days, running October 6 and 7.

While lots of the savings are to come, we’ve already found some decent early Prime Day deals on tech products we’ve tested and recommend—like the Braun Series 9 Pro+ (our best electric razor) and the AirPods Pro 3 (our best workout earbuds). The AirPods Pro 3 are still the standard for wireless earbuds, even with the AirPods 5 having been recently released. At $199, it’s not the cheapest they’ve ever been but it’s a pretty good price at $50 off. Especially considering you get the heart rate monitoring feature, really good active noise cancelling, and very good battery life. What more can we say about the Braun Series 9 Pro+ that we haven’t already? Through all our years of testing it, its blades are still unmatched (and they last longer than competitors’), it provides an extremely effective (and smooth) shave, and it just feels great in the hand while using (like it was born to be there). There’s simply no beating it when it comes to electric razors, and while 19% off isn’t the biggest deal we’ve tracked on it, that is still a $80 savings.
SMARTWATCH DEALS
Early fall is a good time of year to pick up a new smartwatch, as all the major brands have released the 2026 models by now (including Apple). While there aren’t any early deals on Apple Watches (just yet), our previous best smartwatch in the Samsung Galaxy8 is $40 off. The Galaxy9 recently released, and while it has some performance improvements, it has an identical design to the previous model. So you can’t go wrong with it.
